Yes, if you have removed Office from your PC, and so yous tin can safely delete that Registry key without any fear that volition bear upon your PC in whatever way any, that cardinal just contains Microsoft Office settings,

Should y'all ever decide to re-install Office, that registry central will exist recreated automatically. . .
